Job summary

Autobarn is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and sustain a customer‑focused culture. This hands-on role reports to the Area Manager and drives sales, safety, and operational excellence across the store.

You will oversee health & safety, budgeting, inventory, rostering, and performance coaching, while delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining store standards. Autobarn values collaboration and growth in a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in automotive or large-format retail.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching and development abilities.
• Commercial and results-driven mindset with track record of sales growth and KPI achievement.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
• Values-led, collaborative leadership with adaptability to change.
• Commitment to workplace health, safety, compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities
