• Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Sales-driven with track record of achieving KPIs and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive store financials: sales, budgets, margins, inventory, rostering.
• Lead by example to achieve sales targets and exceptional service.
• Ensure consistent store presentation, merchandising and promotions.
