Autobarn is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and foster a customer-focused culture across a high-volume retail environment. You will report to the Area Manager and play a key role in achieving business objectives while developing a capable, engaged team.

You will manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory, while upholding safety and store standards. A strong leader with exceptional customer service skills will thrive and help the store deliver outstanding

Formación

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial and results-driven mindset with experience delivering sales growth and KPIs.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Values-led, collaborative approach; capable of leading change and driving a positive team culture.
• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, compliance and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations and drive sales and margin performance.
