Job summary

Autobarn Bathurst is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire a high-performing team, and maintain a customer-first culture. You will drive sales, manage budgets and rostering, and deliver exceptional service while reporting to the Area Manager.

You will champion safety, coach staff, and ensure pristine store presentation, while building strong retailer relationships and career pathways across our national network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a store or senior retail team.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to drive sales while managing budgets and rostering.
• Commitment to safety and risk management in a retail environment.
