Job summary

Autobarn is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, inspire a high-performing team, and foster a positive, customer-focused culture. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive sales and store performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include health and safety, financial and operational performance, leadership and sales growth, store standards, and people development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• A sales-driven mindset with the capability to deliver financial results and KPI’s.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• A values-led, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships.
• Commitment to workplace health & safety, compliance, and risk management practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and inspire a high-performing team.

• Champion a strong health & safety culture and risk management.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and rostering with accurate reporting.
