Job summary

RSEA Safety Kedron store is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales, service and store performance. You will coach and develop staff, set high standards for visual merchandising, promotional activity and customer engagement.

You will manage KPIs, stock levels, scheduling and store reporting while maintaining a positive team environment and supporting other stores as needed across the state.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a retail store.
• Commercial understanding and experience working with financial and operational performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, financial and operational targets, using performance data to manage KPIs, stock levels and shrinkage.
• Set customer service standards and lead by example.
• Coach, motivate and develop your team.
• Deliver visual merchandising standards and promotional activity.
• Monitor store expenditure and operating costs.
• Build lasting customer relationships and repeat business.
• Maintain a positive team environment.
• Provide support to other stores within the state when needed.
• Complete staff rosters, scheduling and store reporting.
