Job summary

RSEA Safety in Osborne Park, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store. You will coach and develop the team, drive sales and execute visual merchandising and promotions to maximise customer experience.

You will set and monitor KPIs, manage stock and costs, and foster a vibrant, high-performance environment while supporting other state stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Sound business acumen with exposure to financial and operational KPI’s.
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven team leadership.
• Merchandising flair and in-store promotions experience.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the business.
• Passion for the brand and the industry.
• Experience managing in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of Pronto or similar systems would be advantageous.

• Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales, setting and reaching KPI’s, monitoring of shrinkage and inventory through analysis.

• Manage and monitor store costs in line with the business operations.
• Create, build and maintain customer loyalty.

• Proactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based stores.

As aStore Manager, you will be expected to lead the team and store to success. You will be a strong leader, and an excellent coach and develop teams to operate efficiently and drive customer sales. You are a strong visual merchandiser and can drive in-store promotions. Set and drive KPI’s for your store and area teams, multitasking across various operational and retail activities.

You are an outgoing, strong, natural leaded who can inspire people and bring them on the journey with you through your passion.

• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
• Passion for the brand and the industry
• Previous experience managing in a fast-paced, multi store Retail environment
• Computer literate experience with system knowledge similar to Pronto would be advantageous
