RSEA Safety in Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Norlane store and drive sales through coaching, strong leadership and in-store visual merchandising.

You will set and monitor KPIs, manage scheduling, promotions and stock, while delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing your team and maintaining a positive, high-performance store culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving KPI targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability in visual merchandising and promotions.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-store retail environments.

• Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales and KPI attainment.
