Autobarn, part of Bapcor Ltd, is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, inspire a high-performing team and uphold a customer-focused culture across our Tasmanian store network. You’ll drive sales performance, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional shopping experiences while reporting to the Area Manager.

You’ll empower staff, maintain safety standards, and execute promotional activity with a focus on customer service and store standards.

Formación

• Proven experience in store leadership or senior retail management.
• Strong people leadership: coaching, motivating, developing teams.
• Sales-driven with ability to deliver financial results and KPIs.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Values-led, collaborative approach and ability to lead change.
• Commitment to workplace health & safety, compliance, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Champion safety-first culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Drive profitable store performance through sales, budgets, margins, inventory and rostering.
• Lead by example to achieve sales targets and deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure consistent retail processes, merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a capable team and foster growth.
