Autobarn is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive sales, optimize operations, and foster a positive, safety-conscious work environment.

You will oversee financial performance, inventory, rostering, and store standards while developing your team and building strong customer relationships. This role offers growth within a national group.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader.
