Job summary

Shaver Shop in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager who can drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include achieving sales and KPI targets, coaching staff, scheduling rosters, implementing promotions, and maintaining a safe, welcoming store. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

Minimum management experience in retail.
Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets.
Experience in developing and coaching a team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager whowill be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Shaver Shop customer. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead from the front while bringing the team with them.A natural planner and organiser who can also adapt to changing environments -yes, you need to have it all!

A successfulStore Managerwill be able to create links between people, processand presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
