Shaver Shop is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Sydney to drive sales and provide a memorable customer experience. You will lead from the front, plan and organise teams, and adapt to changing environments while delivering exceptional results.

This full-time role requires weekend, late trading hours and public holidays. You will develop your team, implement promotions, and ensure a safe, engaging store atmosphere that reflects Shaver Shop's values.

Competenze

Must have previous management experience, preferably in retail.
Demonstrate ability to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Achieve sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets.
Develop and coach a team, including succession planning.
Implement promotions and promotional changes.
Create a safe, engaging store environment for staff and customers.
Roster staff in line with store trading hours.
Meet employment criteria including criminal history check.
Structured training plan with Buddy Manager support.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager whowill be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Shaver Shop customer. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead from the front while bringing the team with them.A natural planner and organiser who can also adapt to changing environments -yes, you need to have it all!

A successfulStore Managerwill be able to create links between people, processand presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

Skills & Experience

Previous management experience, preferably in retail
