Shaver Shop is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Sydney to drive sales and provide a memorable customer experience. You will lead from the front, plan and organise teams, and adapt to changing environments while delivering exceptional results.

This full-time role requires weekend, late trading hours and public holidays. You will develop your team, implement promotions, and ensure a safe, engaging store atmosphere that reflects Shaver Shop's values.

Competenze

• Must have previous management experience, preferably in retail.
• Demonstrate ability to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Achieve sales, wage, KPI, and stock loss targets.
• Develop and coach a team, including succession planning.
• Implement promotions and promotional changes.
• Create a safe, engaging store environment for staff and customers.
• Roster staff in line with store trading hours.
• Meet employment criteria including criminal history check.
• Structured training plan with Buddy Manager support.
