This full-time position involves weekend, late-night trading hours and public holidays. You will foster a positive store culture and ensure high standards of presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail is required.
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI targets and stock loss control.
• Experience developing and coaching a team to improve performance.
• Drive policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Hands-on, energetic and vibrant leader with a team player attitude.
• Capable of implementing promotional changes and roster planning.
• Develop training and succession plans to grow the team.
