Shaver Shop is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead from the front, drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience. You will motivate the team, plan and organise in a fast-paced retail environment, and adapt to changing conditions - yes, you need to have it all!

A successful Store Manager will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.

Qualificações

• Previous management experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets.
• Experience in developing and coaching a team.
• Drive policies and procedures.
• Is Hands on, Energetic & Vibrant.
• Demonstrates a "team player" attitude.
• Implement promotional changes.
• Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity.
• Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.
• Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager whowill be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Shaver Shop customer. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead from the front while bringing the team with them.A natural planner and organiser who can also adapt to changing environments -yes, you need to have it all!

A successfulStore Managerwill be able to create links between people, processand presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors.You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

Skills & Experience

Previous management experience, preferably in retail
