Job summary

Shaver Shop Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead from the front, drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience across a busy retail store. You will coach a team, plan rosters, and implement policies to ensure strong performance while upholding Shaver Shop's service standards.

This is a full-time role with weekend, late trading hours and public holiday availability.

• Previous management experience, preferably in retail.

The Role

We are looking for experienced an Assistant Store Manager who will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Shaver Shop customer. Our ideal candidates will be able to lead from the front while bringing the team with them. A natural planner and organiser who can also adapt to changing environments - yes, you need to have it all!

Successful Assistant Store Managers will be able to create links between people, process and presentation to create a store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. You have a positive and expansive outlook on life. We are looking for a leader who thinks about "What is possible each day."

This is a full-time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
