Job summary

Michael Kors in Perth is seeking an experienced Store Manager for the Michael Kors Karrinyup store. Lead a luxury retail team, drive sales, deliver elevated customer experiences, and maintain operational and visual excellence.

You will own the business, develop high‑performing teams, foster client relationships, and ensure excellent service across all store activities. 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, in a full‑time capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in retail management (premium or luxury experience highly regarded).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail, including sales strategy, visual merchandising, and operations.

• Execute key business strategies to drive sales growth and KPI performance.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a motivated and high‑performing team.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with our clients.
• Manage the customer database, activations, and in‑store events.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Michael Kors Karrinyup store. This role is ideal for a confident, self‑motivated retail leader with a passion for luxury fashion, strong commercial acumen, and a proven clienteling background.

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of your business—driving sales, developing high‑performing teams, delivering elevated customer experiences, and ensuring operational and visual excellence across the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Leadership: Execute key business strategies to drive sales growth and KPI performance
• People Leadership: Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a motivated and high‑performing team
• Client Development: Build strong and lasting relationships with our clients
• Clienteling & CRM: Manage the customer database, activations, and in‑store events
• Store Operations: Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and daily operations

This is a full‑time position (38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday) based at our Michael Kors Karrinyup store.

About You
