• Experience managing store operations, budgets, labour costs and KPIs.

Morrison is an Australian designer fashion brand, born in Fremantle, Western Australia in 2002, named after Kylie's loyal Kelpie Cross. Creative Director Kylie Radford became an almost overnight success story after designing the perfect fitting pair of pants that she couldn't keep in stock. From that first store, Kylie created collections with a focus on quality fabrics, considered silhouettes and the kind of subtle detailing that makes every piece feel quietly distinctive. Drawing inspiration from the relaxed confidence of the Australian lifestyle, Morrison creates collections that are timeless and modern, with an often unexpected detail that sets each piece apart. Produced in limited quantities with a focus on pieces you will keep forever. Today the label is still designed in Fremantle and has eleven boutiques and over 100 stockists nationally.

About the Role

As Store Manager at Karrinyup, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, inspiring your team to success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be empowered to make decisions, influence results, and create a positive and engaging culture that delivers both commercial success and outstanding customer outcomes.
