T2 Tea is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its passionate team in Australia. This immersive retail role focuses on leading staff, driving sales, managing stock and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach, train, and support the Store Manager to achieve store budgets while maintaining strong visual merchandising and product knowledge. As part of the T2 family, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture with training, incentives, and opportunities to grow

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and lead the team.
• Coach the team to deliver memorable customer experiences across the store.
• Support the Store Manager to hit budgeted sales and manage controllable costs.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to training on customer service, product knowledge and procedures.
• Provide timely feedback to develop the team.

About the role

• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About you

• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
• Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
• Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
