Job summary

E-Move Bikes is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Alexandra Headland store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, control stock and oversee purchasing to ensure a profitable, customer-focused store.

Reporting to the Director, you will maintain high service standards, coordinate servicing and repairs, and implement marketing initiatives to grow the business while maintaining compliance with WHS and retail policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail operations and staff.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Experience in purchasing, supplier liaison and inventory management.
• Sound commercial acumen and ability to monitor sales and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Organise and control day-to-day operations to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, sales strategies and service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses and sales results.
• Determine product mix and stock requirements for bikes, scooters, parts and accessories.
• Coordinate customer-facing servicing and repairs and workshop bookings.
