You will coach and develop the team, manage day-to-day operations, stock and visual merchandising, and ensure OH&S compliance. A passion for retail and exceptional communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of leadership and team management.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve KPIs.
• Passion for retail and delivering superior customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Stock management and operational efficiency experience.
• Energetic, positive, and strong team-building skills.
• Roster flexibility: Tuesday to Saturday with occasional changes.
