Qualifications

• Senior retail management experience leading a large team (30+).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexible availability across span of hours.
• Strong understanding of Retail Operations.
• Experience working to KPIs and budgets.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated people leadership and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver outstanding results and customer experience.
• Coach and develop store team to improve performance and engagement.
• Provide training and coaching in safety and workplace health & safety.
• Lead from the front to model safe operating practices.
• Maximise sales and profit while managing expenses against budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
