General Pants in Queensland's Sunshine Plaza is seeking a Store Manager to lead the GP brand on the shop floor. You will own store performance, coach a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive KPI results, oversee rostering, wage budgets and P&L, and mentor the next generation of GP leaders from within the store. This is a full-time permanent role at Sunshine Plaza, 4558.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management role.
• Experience managing P&L, wage budgets, rostering and store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer-first culture and exceptional in-store experience.

About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic fashion retailers, and we’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead the team and bring the GP brand to life in our Sunshine Plaza store. As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance, leading a high-performing team and creating an environment where every customer interaction counts. You’ll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and build the next generation of GP leaders from within.
