Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager for our Chermside Super store. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, coach staff and uphold Skechers’ high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven store manager or senior leader experience with a track record of driving sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions.
• Growth mindset and motivation to progress to flagship stores or senior roles.
• Confident coach with a passion for developing others and high-performing teams.
• Strong operations standards in visual merchandising, stock control, store presentation.
• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and customer experiences.
• Lead by example by engaging customers on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on world-famous Skechers products.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
• Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world-famous product
