Skechers Australia is seeking a Store Manager for our Doncaster store to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll drive sales, coach your people, and own day-to-day store performance within an iconic footwear brand.

You’ll manage visual standards, stock control, and store operations, while building a high-performing team through hands-on leadership, coaching, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader with a track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that impact sales.
• Growth mindset with a focus on progressing to flagship stores or senior leadership.
• Strong coaching skills to develop engaged, high-performing teams.
• Excellent standards across visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own whole-store performance by driving sales and customer experience.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to educate customers on products.
• Coach and develop a high-performance, energetic store culture.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, delegating duties and managing stock.
• Ensure wage control, shrink, VM execution and safety policies are followed.
