Job summary

Skechers Australia is seeking a Store Manager for our Elizabeth SA store. The role requires leading a passionate team, driving sales, and growing the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand.

You will work closely with retail leadership to coach and develop staff and maintain high standards of store presentation. As a store leader, you will own performance metrics, implement in-store decisions to boost results, and mentor a diverse team to achieve sales targets while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor).
• Strong track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that impact sales.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to progress into flagship stores or senior roles.
• Confident coach with a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own whole-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales.
• Educate loyal customers on Skechers world-famous products.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and on-floor leadership to develop a high-performance team.
• Manage diverse team across store operations, ensuring wage control, stock accuracy and VM standards.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and weekly performance feedback.

• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
