Job summary

Skechers Australia/New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager for our Chermside Super store in Brisbane. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, coach staff, and own store performance with a hands-on approach on the shop floor.

Join a big-brand environment with ongoing development, a Tuesday-Saturday roster, and a strong focus on customer experience, stock control, and presenting high visual standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor) with strong sales and team performance track record
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that impact sales

Responsibilities

• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example on the shop floor to drive sales and connect with customers
• Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands-on mentoring and on-floor leadership
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, prioritising and delegating duties
• Maintain wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins and opportunities
• Manage a diverse team across store operations and leadership roles

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance

• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
