Adairs Caringbah in NSW seeks an experienced retail leader to own a large-format Homemaker store. You’ll inspire a proven team, drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

You’ll develop people, coach peers, manage stock and rosters, and partner with the NSW leadership group to shape the store’s growth. If you’re hands-on, customer-focused and passionate about home styling, this is your next leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven success as Store Manager or experienced retail leader within a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience driving sales growth, managing KPIs and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong operational capability, including stock management, rostering and workforce planning.
• The ability to create an engaging and customer-focused team culture.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Confidence analysing performance, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced retail leader to lead our Caringbah store, one of our key NSW locations. With a loyal customer base, an established team and strong foundations already in place, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant business and make a real impact. You'll inspire and develop your team, drive commercial performance and create exceptional customer experiences, while building a positive, high-performing culture where people can thrive.

We're looking for a leader who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to drive both team engagement and commercial results.

Ideally you’ll have:

• Proven success as a Store Manager or experienced retail leader within a high-volume retail environment
