Job summary

Adairs is seeking a motivated Retail Team Member in Brisbane to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance. You will lead by example, coach the team, and contribute to rosters and workforce planning while keeping within budget.

You'll shape the in-store journey, engage customers, and analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement, supported by a collaborative store leadership group and Adairs training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving KPI targets.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop staff.
• Strong roster planning and workforce management.

Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the stores overall performance
