Adairs is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Darwin store, inspiring a high-performing team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll drive sales, merchandising standards and store performance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture within the local community.

You will manage rostering, inventory and compliance, champion visual presentation and coach people to grow; a passion for home and interiors helps you connect with customers daily.
