Anaconda Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Manager in Cairns to lead a large-format team and drive store performance. You will manage 30+ staff, oversee P&L and KPI targets, and ensure superior customer experiences while maintaining stock control and high store standards.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
• Lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!).
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
