Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30+ person team in a large-format retail setting. You will drive P&L performance, achieve KPIs, forecast trends, and oversee stock and operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
• Lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!).
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
