Anaconda is seeking a Store Manager in NSW - Regional to lead a 30+ strong team in a large-format retail setting. You will drive P&L performance, set KPIs, forecast trends, and ensure stock and operations run efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We Are Looking For

• A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
