You’ll manage P&L, forecast trends, and mentor talent, with a focus on career growth and leadership development. This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability across Australia.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience in a large-format retailer.
• Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• Passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus).
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
