Elite Supplements Burleigh Heads is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy team on a hands-on basis. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, coach staff, manage rosters and inventory, and ensure store presentation meets Elite’s standards.

The role follows a Tuesday–Saturday roster and offers industry-leading salary, incentives and clear opportunities for progression. You’ll work from the shop floor, fostering a high‑performing culture and ensuring policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management or strong leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-focused in a retail environment.
• Available to work a consistent Tuesday–Saturday roster.
• Willing to work during peak Christmas/New Year period.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Burleigh Heads team.

Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the Burleigh Heads store.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and business objectives

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding in-store experience

Coaching, motivating and developing team members through regular feedback and leadership

Managing rosters, wage budgets and daily store operations

Monitoring store performance and taking action to improve results

Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend most of your time leading from the shop floor, serving customers, coaching your team and ensuring the store operates to Elite’s high standards.
