Job summary

Elite Supplements is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Assistant Retail Manager to lead our Northern Suburbs and North Shore stores on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). This role supports the Store Manager, helping drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations.

You’ll coach staff, share sports nutrition knowledge, manage rosters and merchandising, and step in when the Manager is away. Weekend availability and travel between stores are required.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience — you've run a shift or a team before.
• A track record of hitting and beating sales targets.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Strong communication skills and flexible availability (including weekends).
• Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader.
• Willingness to travel between stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore when required.
