Job summary

Elite Supplements is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Armadale store in Western Australia. This full-time role is based at Armadale WA 6112, with responsibility for overall performance, operations and profitability, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure brand standards and visual merchandising, monitor sales performance and manage stock and inventory to maximise product availability.

• Proven experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with proficiency in using retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including stock management, merchandising and store presentation.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Implement and maintain Elite Supplements' brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering and stock control to minimise waste and maximise product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail legislation.
• Foster strong customer relationships and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Drive store profitability through effective cost management and achieving budgeted targets.
• Recruit, schedule and manage staff rosters to optimise store coverage and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales trends and staffing matters to senior management.

About the role

Elite Supplements is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Armadale store in Western Australia. This is a full-time position based at our Armadale WA 6112 location. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, operations and profitability of the store, whilst creating an exceptional customer experience and fostering a high-performing team. This role is pivotal to driving sales growth and operational excellence within our retail environment.

• Knowledge of stock management, inventory control and merchandising best practices


• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required by the retail environment


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Commitment to health and safety compliance in a retail setting


• Qualification in retail management, business administration or equivalent experience is advantageous
