Job summary

Elite Supplements is opening a brand-new Strathpine store and seeking a Supplement Sales Specialist to help customers choose the right health and fitness products. You’ll join a fresh team from day one, learn our range, and contribute to a high-energy in-store environment and performance targets.

Training will be provided; prior knowledge is helpful but not essential. Weekend and late-night shifts may apply as the store ramps up for opening and the Christmas period.

Qualifications

• Has retail, sales or customer service experience – highly regarded but not essential.
• Confident, outgoing and enjoys talking to customers
• Motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
• Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Available to work a flexible casual roster, including weekends

Elite Supplements is coming to Strathpine, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused Supplement Sales Specialists to join our brand-new team ahead of our opening in early October.

THE ROLE

As a Supplement Sales Specialist, you'll be on the shop floor helping customers find the right products for their individual health, fitness and performance goals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great in-store experience

• Providing personalised product recommendations and expert advice

• Driving sales and working towards individual and store targets and KPIs

• Building genuine relationships with customers and creating repeat business

• Developing strong knowledge across sports nutrition, supplements and our product range

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness

• Assisting with stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations

• Supporting promotions, product launches, sampling and other store activities

• Working as part of a positive, energetic and high‑performing team
