Elite Supplements Robina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, help the team hit sales targets and KPIs, coach staff, and support inventory and store operations.

This hands-on role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a passion for health and supplementation, with a clear path for career progression within Australia's #1 supplement retailer.

We're currently looking for passionate Assistant Store Managers to join our Robina team.

Permanent Part-Time | 25–30 hours per week Regular, consistent hours across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading.

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store
