Total Tools in Wonthaggi is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead our local store serving trade and DIY customers. You will drive sales, coach the team, and maintain strong merchandising and local promotions to boost traffic and loyalty.

This role suits a proactive retail leader who can balance customer focus with financial results, develop the team, and strengthen community connections through hands-on, shop-floor leadership and creative visual merchandising.

Job description

Total Tools Wonthaggiis looking for a Full Time Store Manager to lead our local store serving a diverse mix of trade and DIY customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded retail leader who can strengthen the store offering, attract new customers and grow sales.

Working alongside a close-knit and motivated team, you'll take an active role on the shop floor, creating an engaging customer experience through strong merchandising, promotions and local marketing initiatives. You'll help build store traffic, strengthen community connections and drive customer loyalty.

This role will suit a proactive Store Manager who brings energy, initiative and a genuine go-getter mindset. You'll enjoy chasing sales opportunities, developing your team and finding creative ways to grow the business.

What will you be doing?

• Leading, coaching and developing your team to build a positive, customer-focused store culture

• Sound experience in retail sales, team development and leadership
• Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, and managing performance as required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
• A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results
• A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
• Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
• Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
