Job summary

GOELIA in Sydney is seeking an energetic Retail Team Leader to drive sales across multiple stores, lead a motivated team and monitor performance metrics.

The role focuses on in-store strategy, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

You will analyze KPIs, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure displays and store accounts are well maintained; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience managing a sales team.
• Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members.
• Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs.
• Energetic, highly committed, and with passion for exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding on fashion trends, strong business acumen, and knowledge on dress collocation.
• Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned area/stores sales and profitability and analyze business metrics.
• Propose and implement in-store strategy and improvements, leading the team to hit monthly targets.

Operation standards

• . Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia’s business operation compliance standards
• . Arrange in-store display according to company standards
• . Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• . Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by sales associates

Inventory and Account Management

• . Ensure goods are managed according to standards to prevent damage to goods.
• . Responsible for daily operations such as inventory delivery, replenishment, and cash.
• . Ensure timely and accurate sales records and be responsible for store accounts.

Team management

• . Ensure the development of staff potential by leading team trainings and motivating the team
• . Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing team members performance, work schedules and turnover

Job Requirements
