Accent Group Limited is seeking an inspiring Store Manager for the Bondi Beach ODE store. You will lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that keep shoppers returning.

Partner with the Area Manager to grow the team and elevate performance. You’ll manage daily operations, roster planning, stock control, and visual merchandising while maintaining a brand-aligned, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Make it Happen mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.

About The Role
