Stylerunner Burwood is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a premium women’s fashion store. You will drive customer experiences, coach a team, and manage day-to-day operations while delivering sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
• A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
• Confident communication and people leadership skills

• Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
• A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
• Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
