Job summary

PVH is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Tommy Hilfiger team at Homebush DFO, Sydney 2140. You will supervise staff, drive sales, manage stock, and uphold visual standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets—sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication and people management with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail with stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic, positive attitude with impeccable grooming and presentation.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
