Job summary

PVH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the TOMMY HILFIGER team at Birkenhead Point, Drummoyne, Sydney. Lead a high-energy team, assist the store manager with daily operations, and drive exceptional customer service.

You will manage staff, support KPI achievement, stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to growth opportunities while upholding brand standards and presentation. This role requires a dynamic, grooming-conscious leader with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Strong people management and recruitment skills.
• Stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic, positive attitude with impeccable grooming.

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at Birkenhead Point, Drummoyne.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
