Job summary

PVH Corp. in Chatswood, NSW 2067 is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead the CALVIN KLEIN team. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Calvin Klein brand.

You will oversee stock, visual merchandising, training and development, and work to meet KPI targets while maintaining our brand standards and maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in fashion or apparel.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs including sales and wage budgets.
• Strong people management and recruitment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and stock integrity.
• Recruit, coach and mentor staff; maintain high standards of presentation.
• Develop growth opportunities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Uphold brand standards for Calvin Klein in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN team at CHATSWOOD, NSW 2067.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
