Job summary

PVH Brands Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for the TOMMY HILFIGER team at Watertown Brand Outlet, WA. This full-time role focuses on leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong store performance.

You will drive sales, manage budgets and KPI targets, while mentoring staff and ensuring top-notch visual merchandising. A proactive, energetic attitude and strong grooming are essential for success in this role.

• Supervisory/management experience in retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets (sales, budgets, conversion, etc.).
• Excellent communication and people management to recruit and mentor a team.
• Strong stock management and visual merchandising.

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at WATERTOWN BRAND OUTLET, WA 6005.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
