Job summary

PVH Brands is seeking a Store Manager for the TOMMY HILFIGER team in Homebush, Sydney. Lead a dynamic store team to drive sales, ensure superior customer service, and maintain brand standards across merchandising and stock control.

Setup includes KPI-driven management, staff coaching, and collaboration with the store team to achieve growth opportunities while upholding PVH’s values and presentation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average dollar sale, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication and extensive people management skills with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at HOMEBUSH DFO, Sydney 2140.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
