Job summary

PVH owns the Tommy Hilfiger brand and is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for our HOMEBUSH DFO team in Sydney. You will lead a fast-paced retail floor, drive service standards and meet sales KPIs, while developing your team.

You will oversee staff, manage stock/visual merchandising, and contribute to growth opportunities within the brand. We value energetic leaders with strong presentation and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPI targets including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average sale, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
