We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in our flagship store, The Strand Arcade, Sydney.

As a Store Manager at Sarah & Sebastian, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the store, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for our clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Client Experience: Cultivate a culture of clientelling, ensuring that every client receives a personalised and memorable luxury experience. Manage client relationships and resolve escalations effectively.
• Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance, and maximising business opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of store strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance the brand's presence.

ABOUT YOU

• The successful candidate will be an experienced and results-driven retail leader with a passion for luxury and client service.
• 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in a senior or flagship store management role, ideally in jewellery.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
• A passion for developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
